  • Shipping carriers may include but are not limited to Shiprocket, ShipYari, and DTDC.

  • The shipping method and carrier for your order will be determined based on factors such as your location, the shipping option selected, and the size and weight of the items.


3. Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order, your location, and the selected shipping method.

  • Shipping rates will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.


4. Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location.

  • Standard shipping typically takes between 3 to 4 business days for domestic orders.

  • Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery.


5. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

  • You can track the status of your order by entering the tracking number on the carrier's website.


6. Shipping Restrictions:

  • At this time, we only ship orders within India.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


7. Delivery Issues:

  • If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier disruptions.


8. Order Modifications:

  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address or shipping method.


9. Shipping Damage or Loss:

  • In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund.

Returns
At Furnishingkart.in, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that there may be situations where a refund or return is necessary.Please carefully review the details below before making your purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Return Eligibility:

  • Returns will only be accepted in the event of a defective or damaged product. No returns will be accepted for reasons related to change of mind, color, size, or any other subjective preference.

  • Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received to be considered for a return. Failure to meet these conditions will result in rejection of the return.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests beyond this time frame will not be entertained.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • The following items are strictly non-returnable:

    • Customized or personalized items

    • Items purchased on clearance or sale

    • Gift cards

    • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer

    • Products without original packaging or missing components

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery at Support@furnishingkart.in or call us at 8076956429.

  • Include your order number, a detailed description of the defect or damage, and clear images showing the issue.

  • Return authorization must be obtained before sending any item back. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

4. Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received in a damaged or defective condition.

  • If the return is due to damage or defect, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

5. Refunds:

  • Refunds will only be issued for defective or damaged items once the product is received, inspected, and approved by our quality team.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, except in the case of damaged or defective products.

  • In the event a replacement is requested and provided, no refunds will be issued.

6. Exchanges:

  • No exchanges will be permitted for any item. If the product is defective or damaged, only a replacement or refund will be provided upon return authorization.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • For any items damaged during shipping or received with manufacturing defects, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange for inspection, after which a replacement or refund will be offered at our discretion.

8. Refusal of Return:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the specified criteria.

  • Items returned without prior authorization, outside the specified return window, or in improper condition will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
